Welcome to BuntoX. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of BuntoX's website and software engineering services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BuntoX's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our website or services.

BuntoX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website and services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
Use of Services
Eligibility
To engage BuntoX for software development services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
Service Engagement
- You must provide accurate and complete information during the project onboarding and discovery process.
- You are responsible for providing timely feedback, access to required systems, and necessary project assets to ensure on-schedule delivery.
- You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any shared project credentials and proprietary information.
Acceptable Use
- Requesting development of software intended to harm, defraud, or conduct illegal activities.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell BuntoX's proprietary tools, templates, or code libraries without authorization.
- Misrepresenting project requirements or ownership of intellectual property provided during the engagement.
Project Deliverables
Custom Software Development
BuntoX provides custom software engineering services including web application development, mobile application development, AI/ML integration, cloud architecture, and UI/UX design. All deliverables are specified in a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) before development begins.
Revisions and Change Requests
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the SOW. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Deployment and Handoff
Upon project completion, BuntoX will deploy the final deliverables to the agreed-upon infrastructure and provide full source code handoff. Post-launch support is available under separate maintenance agreements.
Intellectual Property
Client Ownership
Upon full payment of all project fees, you retain full ownership of the custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project. However, BuntoX retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, libraries, and tools used during development.
Portfolio Rights
BuntoX reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been executed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in each project's Statement of Work. Generally, projects require an upfront deposit before work commences, with milestone-based payments throughout the engagement. Late payments may result in project suspension until outstanding balances are settled.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 30 days written notice. BuntoX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of breach of these terms. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
No Warranties
While BuntoX strives for excellence in every project, our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that delivered software will be entirely free of bugs, though we address issues found during the agreed warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BuntoX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
